Today, it is possible to see examples of "generated charisma" in almost every field. Charisma, which manifests itself especially in politics and created by perception management, has become indispensable today.

If you have devices for perception management, you can make an ordinary person charismatic. The speed of this is directly proportional to the activity of your devices capable of perception management. For example, if you have a good command of the written and visual media in the country, if you can actively use social media that is not enough, if you have enough financial power, local and foreign supporters, you will not have a hard time creating a charismatic leader.

In creating charisma, in addition to all these, you need the unknown, the secret. You should have little contact with the public. People should not be able to reach you easily so that they believe you are great and inaccessible. Flamboyant ceremonies, memorized sentences, as well as not being in the same environment with your peers will help your charisma settle down.

It is no longer a secret that it is easier to persuade the masses than to persuade individuals. Addressing the masses in flamboyant meetings rather than coinciding with individual individuals will trigger the mass psychology and help you get plenty of applause.

The masses want strong leaders. More importantly, they tend to believe that leaders are powerful. Desiring leaders to be strong is like the desire of a young child to see his father strong. In that case, the leader should hide his weaknesses and always bring his strengths to the fore. It is difficult for a leader who walks around the public, does his own shopping, does not wear formal clothes, to maintain his charisma. Their weaknesses, shortcomings and weaknesses are revealed.

Real charisma, on the other hand, does not compromise its ideals, struggle and motivation among the people while struggling with all the difficulties the people are exposed to. While struggling with all the difficulties of life, he does not patronize simple interests, does not give up in the face of difficulties, and continues to be an exemplary person with every state and action. Living conditions, being in the public only increases the charisma of the real charismatic person.

Prophets are the most charismatic leaders with all their qualities. It is against the nature of things that prophets, who are qualified to receive revelation, are not charismatic. Since prophets are under the control of the creator himself, their human characteristics are also the best. If we evaluate the charisma of the prophets, the history of Islam is full of real examples of charisma. With this sentence, Omar (r.a) is one of the best examples of real charisma. He is a leader among the people who is understood not by his dress and grandiose ceremonies, but from his justice, that he is the caliph of Islam.

When he conquered Jerusalem, a leader who found the clothes of the commanders there to be flashy and warned him by hitting his chest with his hand. A leader who foreigners who want to offer something to the caliph find himself among the people, who do not have authority, fame, arrogance and pretension, and who always share with the people.

While real charisma lives like them among the people, with his individual skills, innate leadership qualities, justice, and an attitude that likes to share; It comes to the fore with its demeanor and actions away from arrogance and pretension. Generated charisma, on the other hand, is open to all kinds of weaknesses because they are not born leaders, lack individual skills, their complexes turn into arrogance, and they cannot be charismatic by living among the people, as these weaknesses are easily exposed when they are accessible.
