In the document whose content was published in the news in the Slovenian media, it was revealed that the parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the attachment of Republika Srpska (RS), one of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to Serbia, and the unification of Kosovo with Albania were revealed.

It was stated that the document prepared with the title of "Western Balkans-Further" in English was not the official stance of Slovenia and it was claimed that it was a "solution" to the problems faced by the former Yugoslavia. The document drew attention to the disintegration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been aimed since 1991, while explicitly supporting the Serbian and Croatian nationalist circles.

In the document, which pointed out that the Dayton Peace Agreement, which ended the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992-1995, was implemented in practice but was not made a principle, it was emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina's EU membership should be rejected.

In the document, it was claimed that Turkey took advantage of the gap in the region, and the article that it was particularly effective in Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia was included. In this unofficial "non-paper", the items presented as a solution proposal attracted attention.

In the document demanding the unification of Kosovo with Albania, RS is also suggested to join Serbia. In another article that proposes that the Croat cantons in Bosnia and Herzegovina be attached to Croatia, it is pointed out that it would be beneficial for Bosnia and Herzegovina to hold a referendum for EU membership.

While the Western Balkans became aware of the existence of the document on Monday, April 12; Information on whether the EU party has received this unofficial document was not shared.

The Slovenian Prime Minister Jansa, in a statement on his social media account on Monday, argued that he had not met Michel physically since last year, while media reports alleged that Jansa gave the document to Michel during his visit to Poland in February.
