The press release called on Chinese President Xi Jinping to "stop the genocide immediately".
East Turkestan New Generation Movement and International Union of East Turkestan Civil Society Organizations launched an international campaign with the slogan "Stand Up for the Uyghurs".
It was stated in the press release held in Saraçhane Park to say no to the genocide of invading China that the protest demonstrations were held simultaneously in many countries.
“LEAKED DOCUMENTS CLEARLY SHOW THAT GENOCIDE HAS BEEN MADE”
Head of East Turkestan New Generation Movement Abdüsselam Teklimakan stated that there are many human rights reports that the invading China committed genocide.
"The people of East Turkestan have been subjected to assimilation, massacre, genocide and other human rights violations under the Chinese occupation for more than 70 years, and 3 million innocent people have been imprisoned in concentration camps. Systematic genocide is practiced by targeting Uyghur, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and other ethnic groups through mass murder, brainwashing, breaking up families, life imprisonment, organ stealing, sexual harassment, forced labor and countless other crimes. Many human rights reports, concentration camp witnesses, and leaked documents such as the 'Xi Jiang police files' clearly show that genocide was committed," he said.
"LET'S NOT PARTICIPATE IN CHINA'S CRIME ON HUMANITY"
Underlining that they have the support of millions of people and Muslims, Teklimakan said, "Today we saw the light of hope here. Justice-loving people and Muslims around the world have stood up for us. However, to create the necessary effect, Chinese products, especially those with slave labor, should be boycotted. They force Uighurs to work in their production facilities. Let's not be a party to China's crimes against humanity. If China is crushing us, it's because it wants to build the New Silk Road that goes all the way to Europe. We demand international organizations, human rights organizations and all independent states, especially Turkey, to openly express the genocide perpetrated by China and to acknowledge that what is happening in East Turkestan is genocide."
THE CHINA ADMINISTRATION IS RACIST AND ENEMY OF ISLAM
Teklimakan stated that the invading Chinese government is anti-Islamic and racist.
"Whether you are Muslim, Uyghur, Kyrgyz or Kazakh is reason enough for China to kill, arrest and eliminate you. Concentration camps, the prohibition of Islam, assimilation policies and demographic change are the main methods of genocide. There are more than a thousand camps where millions of innocent people are kept. The mother tongue has been banned, properties are donated to Chinese settlers, our children have been taken from their families and adopted by the Chinese, or imprisoned in children's camps known as the Angels' Nest," he added.
