Nearly 5,000 personnel working in the Ministry of Family and Social Services in return for additional lessons were again forgotten. While the problems of the personnel trying to make a living with wages below the minimum wage in 6 months of the year due to the working day calculations and the tax bracket continued to be ignored, these personnel could not benefit from the good news of the President. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in his ‘good news’ statement last month, made a statement regarding the personnel working in return for additional lessons, ‘An additional hour will be given for every 5 hours’. This statement pleased the employees working in both the Ministry of National Education (MEB) and the Ministry of Family and Social Services in return for additional lessons. However, this joy did not last long. When the payday came, the personnel working in the Ministry of Family for additional lessons were greatly disappointed when they learned that the gospel did not cover them but only the personnel working in the Ministry of National Education.
THEIR NAMES ARE NOT IN THE BAG LAW
The discrimination suffered by the personnel in the Ministry of Family not limited to this. Nearly 5,000 personnel psychologists, nurses, etc, who could not find a place for themselves in the President's gospel, working in return for additional lessons, were not included in the bag bill that will come to the Parliament in October. While there was a cadre arrangement for contracted personnel and tens of thousands of public workers waiting for a position in the bag, the name of the personnel working in return for additional lessons was not even mentioned.
