An explanation has finally come from the center where answers have been expected for days. ÖSYM President Prof. Dr.Halis Aygün announced that an investigation was initiated regarding the Mabel Matiz question asked in university entrance exam (YKS).
"AN UNACCEPTABLE MISTAKE"
In the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), which was attended by university candidates last weekend, the question about LGBTI supporter singer Mabel Matiz had a great reaction from public.
The preparation of the singer Mabel Matiz question, who is one of the biggest supporters of the LGBTI group, the deviant group, organized to disrupt public morality, was interpreted as an unacceptable mistake by ÖSYM.
ÖSYM President Prof. Dr. Halis Aygün, in a statement, announced that the investigation regarding the scandal question has been initiated.
2020-YKS was completed safely and successfully in 188 exam centers in three sessions with the participation of approximately 2 and a half million candidates. The question pool is created with the participation of thousands of academicians from different universities of our country. The sensitivity of the management of our institution about our national, moral values and social value judgments is clear. An investigation has started on the content of the relevant question in the Turkish area of the 2020 YKS session. Responsible persons will be removed from the question preparation processes.
