A flag change took place in the Municipality Technical and Social Services Association, which is among the Milli Görüş Organizations (MİLKO). Behçet Ayni, who served as the chairman for many years, handed over his duty to educator Mustafa Aydın.
The task change took place at the ordinary congress of the Municipal Technical and Social Services Organization Association (BTH) held in Ankara. Mustafa Aydın will be the general chairman in the new term.

The task change took place at the ordinary congress of the Municipal Technical and Social Service Organization Association (BTH) held in Ankara. Behçet Ayni, who has been the chairman of the association for about 16 years, handed over the task to educator-journalist Mustafa Aydın. Wishing the new president success in his duty, Ayni, in his speech at the congress, said, “I am happy to hand over our association, which I serve with pride, to the new president and the new administration, without fail. Even though I am not in the management, I am always at the disposal of the association, I will try to carry out any task assigned to me properly. I wish success to the new President Mustafa Aydın in his duty.” President Ayni presented the association's badge to Mustafa Aydın.
Mustafa Aydın, the new Chairman, who was elected after the congress, stated that he will try to do his duty as the president, and said, “I will try to do good works during my presidency. Chairman Behçet Ayni has carried out this task for many years. I thank him for doing so many important services.”
Mustafa Aydın also wanted a Fatiha to be recited to the members and administrators who had served in BTH and passed away.
