The recent economic problems make educators think brooding. Educators, especially metropolitans, are trying to move away from city centers. It has become almost impossible for educators, who are struggling to make a living with the wages they receive, especially in metropolitan cities.
Living conditions, especially rental fees, put educators in trouble. In this process, where collective negotiations continue, some economic regulations regarding educators are also requested.
New regulations are demanded for increasing educational allowances and additional lessons, especially for rent allowances.
Numan Gökmen, Chairman of the Conscious Teachers Association (ÖĞDER), once again brought the problems and demands of teachers to the agenda with his statements.

"In these days when the cost of living is increasing, rent assistance should be given to our teachers and public employees immediately. The grievances of our paid teachers should be eliminated, and the additional course fees of all our teachers should be calculated as at least 100 Turkish liras. In addition, education allowance should be given to everyone as a salary, without making any distinction between permanent and wage earners. The main aim of national education should be to raise moral and moral generations. As ÖĞDER, all our struggle is; is to save our generation from corruption and raise them morally and spiritually," he said.
