Felicity (Saadet) Party General Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu addressed the citizens with a live broadcast on his social media accounts.

Karamollaoğlu shared the opinions of his parties regarding the coronavirus epidemic process and the measures to be taken socially and economically in this process.

Karamollaoğlu, who started his remarks by stating that an important struggle against the 'Covid-19' epidemic was given in our country and in the world, by thanking all the public employees, especially the healthcare workers.

Karamollaoğlu stated that the economic measures to be implemented in this process, which will be overcome by acting together, should be directed towards not increasing unemployment, not closing factories, and compensating the losses suffered by tradesmen and craftsmen.

Karamollaoğlu, who advised to stay away from any kind of approach that would create the perception that “a favor was made in a certain sector, a certain sector, in the fight against the crisis” in the economic measures to be taken by the government, “The belief and trust of the people in the measure packages should not be shaken. Supports should be made objectively and transparently to our citizens and companies, regardless of the crisis. This period is the period of reinforcing the trust in the state. It is the period of strengthening the bond between the state and the citizen. For this reason, we should be maximum sensitive and effective in supports” he said.

Expressing that they deem necessary and support the measures and support packages announced as the Felicity Party, however, they do not find it sufficient, Karamollaoğlu listed the measures and support offers that should be taken by their parties as follows: Our Turkish residents, who are having a hard time due to the epidemic, especially our remaining small tradesmen, should be provided with a cash support of 1000 TL for health, rent and nutritional expenses, regardless of income levels.

CREDIT PAYMENTS SHOULD BE DELAYED

Housing loan payments and TOKİ payments should be postponed for a period of time for those who lose their jobs, cannot open the workplace and therefore suffer serious income losses. Education loans of our youth should be postponed.

THE ECONOMY COMMITTEE SHOULD BE CREATED

An 'Economic Board' composed of experts should be created by going to a 'Scientific Committee' structured for health measures. There is also a need for the establishment of sector-by-sector separate groups under the economy board. There is also a need for a board of representatives of the chambers.
