Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu, who participated in the "Agenda Türkiye" program broadcast on TV5 screens, answered journalist Mustafa Yılmaz's questions on many topics from politics to economy.
Karamollaoğlu, pointing out that the elections will end in the first round, said, "Once people even respond to surveys, they respond with anxiety. 'If I take an attitude against the government and this is heard, will it harm me?' say citizens. If not 10-15 percent of the voters, but even 1.5-2 percent of the voters are of this opinion, the vote they will cast at the ballot box will increase the difference by one or two points from the estimate. While the estimates are like 51-52, this would be like 52-54. This time, the gap is too large to be closed."
“GOVERNORS HAVE BEEN SEEN LIKE THE PERSONS OF GOVERNMENT”
Speaking about Türkiye's election atmosphere, Saadet leader Temel Karamollaoğlu said about the stone attack that took place during the rally in Erzurum.
"Of course, we are saddened by these developments, but on the other hand, these developments are actually a sign that the society wants a serious change and that those in power are afraid of this change. Unfortunately, law enforcement officers, especially the Ministry of Interior, governors and district governors are obliged to take the necessary precautions. Our problem is: governors began to be seen as members of the ruling party. If this is happening, then Türkiye is facing a disaster. This definitely needs to change. In fact, the desire and desire for the change of this system in general in the nation that I see stems from this. You cannot identify parties with the state. I am surprised at this; How do huge mayors and governors reduce their positions to such a position?" Karamollaoğlu asked.
Karamollaoğlu emphasized that if the Nation Alliance comes to power, the Ministers of Interior, Justice and Transport will be replaced shortly before the elections and that they should be transferred to independent names, and that it should become a constitutional requirement.
“NATION ALLIANCE WILL WIN IN THE FIRST ROUND”
Expressing that he saw that the government would lose the elections, Karamollaoğlu noted that they thought that the government could affect the elections due to the atmosphere of fear that was being tried to be created.
“LAWS ALLOWING HOMOSEXUALITY ARE IN ACTION, WHAT KIND OF ALOGIC IS THAT?”
Evaluating the rhetoric of the government that if the Nation Alliance wins the elections, the way for homosexuality will be paved, Karamollaoğlu said, "These friends passed the laws that made adultery to not be a crime. They supposedly abolished the Istanbul Convention. The laws that allow homosexuality are still in effect. What kind of logic is this. If this government feared Allah as much as it feared Europeans, they would change these laws. We are very open about this. There are two main issues for us. The first is the protection of our borders. Great Middle East is a project that will change the borders of countries. We certainly do not consent to our borders being changed. The second is same-sex marriage. The family is the core of society. If we cannot protect the family, society will degenerate. The family consists of a man and a woman."
“I WILL BE SPECIALLY INTERESTED IN UAV-UCAVs”
Responding to the government's statement that 'Nation Alliance will bury UAV-UCAVs, Karamollaoğlu said, "We will raise this to the top with the support we will give to unmanned aerial vehicles. We will come to the point where we will manufacture all of their engines domestically, if there are other parts they buy from outside. Our unmanned aerial vehicles will be 100% domestic. I promise in advance that I will be particularly interested in these issues and that I will follow them. We will come to the point where we will make them all domestic in 1-1.5 years."
