At the meeting held at the Felicity (Saadet) Party Headquarters, Karamollaoğlu made evaluations about the problems experienced by the citizens during the complete closure process taken within the scope of the Covid-19 pandemic measures, especially the economy.
"CALLING POWER TO COME TOGETHER WITH OPPOSITION PARTIES"
Karamollaoğlu, calling on the government regarding the economic crisis, "Come, invite all political parties in the country to a meeting called "How would you solve the economic crisis?" Be sure, you will benefit from this. We insist that the support decisions taken during the closure process will not be of any benefit to the citizen. We have been saying since the pandemic started; Come, give a one-time support of 1.000 TL to each of our people. Be sure, this will relieve the citizen seriously. Our farmers, livestock, and tradesmen are also dragged into a debt swamp and await a prescription for salvation from the power. Against this, the government causes these troubles to grow," he said.
"NO ONE TRUST THE DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT"
Karamollaoğlu, who also touched on the recent increase in suicide incidents, "I express with regret that we are faced with an increase in the suicide incidents of those who fell into trouble and could not get rid of these problems. I cannot carry this burden, people say. The government has to think long and hard about this. A decision made in the evening changes in the morning, if it is in the morning, it changes in the evening. The country is not governed like this, nobody trusts the decisions taken by the government anymore. The nation is trying to feed. Whatever law, constitutional amendment you bring to the agenda, bring it. You do not have the power to execute it anyway. It is not the new normal imposed with the epidemic process, the individual who is isolated from social life, the unemployed person, the father who cannot bring bread to his house, the shopkeeper who closes the shutters, the citizen who unfortunately cannot find a way out, are those who turn to suicide," he added.
A 5-POINT CALL TO GOVERNMENT
Karamollaoğlu, who made a 5-point call to power, said:
"First, it is obliged to ensure peace and security. Second, it is obliged to guarantee human rights and freedoms. Third, justice is a must. Fourth, the understanding of prosperity, rich citizen and rich state should prevail. The citizen will be rich in the country, and the state will be rich. Fifth, we need to follow a personal foreign policy. It is not possible to solve the problems unless these conditions are fulfilled."
