Öz Sağlık-İş Union filed a criminal complaint to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the news about their union and their chairman in some media organs and demanded a public lawsuit be filed against the Republican People’s Party (CHP) deputy who brought up the allegations in the news.

In the past days, some news about Öz Sağlık-İş Union and its Chairman, Devlet Sert, had been published in some media organs. The union and the board of directors were put under suspicion after the allegations made about the official car, salary and union organizations.
A PUBLIC LAWSUIT IS DEMANDED
Acting on these allegations, union lawyers filed a criminal complaint with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against CHP Ankara Deputy Murat Emir, who shared the allegations with the press. In the application filed, the Emir's arrest as a ‘suspect’, provided that all kinds of material and moral compensation claims incurred due to the actions that are the subject of the complaint are reserved, and it was requested that the necessary investigation be carried out and a public action be taken to punish him.
