Memur-Sen Confederation conveyed their demands to President Erdoğan face to face. The President of Memur-Sen Confederation Ali Yalçın, whom President Erdoğan received, conveyed to the President the expectations of public servants, especially the contract employees, the professional law, the education year preparation allowance, and their expectations regarding working life.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Ali Yalçın, Chairman of the Memur-Sen Confederation. During the meeting, the problems faced by the civil servants and the confederation's demands for solutions were conveyed to Erdogan.
REQUESTS OF CONTRACTED STAFF WERE VOICED
During the meeting, Yalçın conveyed Memur-Sen Confederation's demands for contract employment, which will begin soon and are expected to be completed in 2022, as per the provision agreed in the 6th Term Collective Agreement.
STAFF WANTED
Yalçın, who also requested that the contracted personnel who passed from 4/C to 4/B be assigned to positions suitable for their educational status, taking into account the entire service period, he also expressed their expectations about the Teaching Profession Law regulation and noted that they wanted regulation.
