While the confederations did not accept the raises made by the public employer, they persistently reacted to a second offer. Memur-Sen labour union has given the government until Monday to submit the second proposal.
Civil servant representatives did not accept a two-year, 23-point increase in salaries and wages offered by the public employer at the Collective Bargaining desk, 5% in 2022, 6% in 2023, and 6% in 2023. After the proposal, Memur-Sen labour union demanded a new proposal from the public and gave the government until Monday for a new proposal.
NEW OFFER IS REQUESTED FOR CIVIL SERVANTS
Following the offer of a raise offered to civil servants and retired civil servants, it was determined how to proceed against the proposal at the meetings held at the Memur-Sen Headquarters of the authorized confederation that convened the Extended Board of Presidents.
After the meeting, the government was given time until Monday to call for a new and fair offer. It was also requested that issues such as the holiday bonus should be included in the collective agreement. Civil servants and retired civil servants are waiting for a response to Memur-Sen's proposals against the public employer's proposal.
