The aforementioned regulation is expected to be submitted again to the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) next week. The regulation is expected to cover healthcare workers, salaries, additional payments and additional indicators and articles related to physicians. It is expected that the increase planned for physicians will pass as before. While it is planned to make an improvement raise for healthcare professionals, it is also stated that at the same time the preferences of the additional payment way or directly equal raise are on the table.
ADDITIONAL BUDGET ON THE AGENDA
It is stated that the government wing is working on an equal raise for all civil servants in order to prevent any reaction from the civil servants. It is known that union representatives have previously conveyed their request for a raise to the Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Bilgin. It is also expected that an additional budget will come to the agenda of the TBMM for the subject of the equal increase.
