Speaking about the content of the aid, Değirmenci added, “We have distributed our food packages to hundreds of families in need that will meet their 1-month food needs. Later, within the scope of the Cataract Project, which we started to help people get rid of the darkness and reach the light, we scanned more than 3,000 patients and started their surgeries. People are in danger of going blind due to financial impossibility and inadequacy. With this project, we aim to shed light on the darkness. We also delivered the trusts of our donors to our orphans. Our association, which aims to be there wherever there is a real need, I hope it will continue its activities in the region in the coming processes.”
