The government asked the Supreme Election Board (YSK) whether it is ready for snap elections and dominant election options. YSK, on the other hand, said that they can be ready for both domestic and foreign voters, provided that it is not less than 60 days. The request for information from the YSK is interpreted as "snap elections are at the door". The government, which took the foreign exchange under control, requested information from the YSK for the snap elections.

It is learned that the government who asked the YSK whether ‘ready or not’, answered by YSK, they can be ready for the elections, provided that they are not less than 60 days. The fact that the government, which states that it will be at the time of the election at every opportunity, requests information from the YSK, is evaluated as an election can happen at any time.

YSK TURNED UP FOR PREPARATIONS

The YSK, for which the government wanted information, rolled up its sleeves against a possible snap election. The YSK will procure 160-180 millions ballot papers and envelopes, as well as cabinets, before the election. The YSK has to go out to tender or make direct purchases for the deficiencies. It takes some serious time to complete YSK's preparations for both domestic and international voters. YSK, on the other hand, stated that it is ready for any election to be held after 60 days.
