17 thousand 366 of these votes were declared invalid. In the elections held on May 14, 1 million 691 thousand 287 out of 3 million 423 thousand 759 registered voters cast their votes in overseas ballot boxes.
 
Thus, the participation rate abroad, which was calculated as 44.62 percent in the 2018 election, increased to 49.40 percent in the last election.
 

RESULTS AT CUSTOMS DOORS

 
According to the "customs gates election result" data of the 2018 and 2023 elections of the YSK, 168 thousand 31 of the voters registered in the foreign electoral roll cast their votes at the customs in the elections on 24 June 2018.
 
In the last election, 148,183 people preferred to vote at customs. The electoral turnout rate at customs gates was calculated as 5.52 percent in 2018. This rate fell to 4.33 percent in the May 14 election.
