The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS), which has been struggling for existence with many difficulties since October 7 and inflicted the greatest losses in its history on the occupying Israel, has managed to subjugate the Zionist regime once again.
Genocider Israel, which has murdered more than 27 thousand innocent Palestinians for 4 months, will have to withdraw from Gaza without achieving any concrete success, according to the new ceasefire plan.
While it is clearly seen that the Palestinian resistance has achieved great gains in the 3-stage ceasefire plan consisting of 3 periods of 45 days, Palestinian sources reported that HAMAS accepted the plan that envisages a ceasefire.
THE MAIN SUBJECT OF THE FIRST PHASE WILL BE HUMANITARIAN AID
In the first phase of the agreement, women, children and elderly people from both sides will be released, and humanitarian aid vehicles will be allowed to enter the Gaza Strip, provided that their number is not less than 500 per day.
In the first phase of the agreement included in the annex submitted by HAMAS, it was requested that the restrictions on the return of those displaced in the Gaza Strip be completely lifted.
The first phase of the plan also includes the withdrawal of Israeli forces from settlements in all parts of the Gaza Strip.
In the first phase, HAMAS also demanded that hospitals in Gaza be put into service and the hospitals damaged in the attacks be repaired.
ZIONIST REGIME WILL WITHDRAW FROM ALL OF GAZA
The following information was also obtained from sources sharing details about the second phase of the ceasefire:
"In the second phase of the plan, in 45 days, Israel is asked to release some of the Palestinian captives in exchange for the release of Israeli military captives held by HAMAS in Gaza. In the second phase, HAMAS demands the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza."
THERE MAY BE A “PERMANENT CEASE CEASE” IN THE THIRD PHASE
It is envisaged that the bodies will be exchanged between the parties within the 45-day period, which is the third phase of the plan. During this process, negotiations will take place for the "final end of the war".
He said that HAMAS stipulated in the said plan that the negotiations to be initiated in the first phase be completed in the second phase in order to end the war completely.
Palestinian sources reported that HAMAS wrote in the annex in detail which prisoners would be released at each stage and demanded the release of all Palestinian prisoners arrested since October 7.
HAMAS announced yesterday that it had sent its response to the framework agreement to Egypt and Qatar.
In the statement, it was emphasized that HAMAS delivered its response after consultations with Palestinian groups, and that it welcomed the offer as it would guarantee a full and comprehensive ceasefire, end the attacks against the Palestinian people, lift the blockade of the Gaza Strip, guarantee reconstruction, and complete the prisoner exchange process.
EGYPT CONCENTRATES ON ENSURING THE CEASE SEASON
Egypt, which is the mediator country in ensuring the ceasefire along with Qatar, announced that it will meet with the parties to reach an agreement on the final version of the proposed framework agreement as soon as possible regarding all the details.
After submitting its response to the "framework agreement" of HAMAS' prisoner exchange and ceasefire offer, Egypt announced that it would intensify its meetings with the parties to reach an agreement as soon as possible regarding the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, which is under Israeli attack.
"Egypt will discuss the full details of the proposed framework agreement with the relevant parties, including intensive meetings, to agree on its final version as soon as possible," Zia Rashvan, President of the Egyptian Press Information Agency said.
