Data on the works carried out by "Memur-Sen" regarding the recruitment of contracted personnel accepted in the 6th Term Collective Agreement were shared with Minister Bilgin.
"CONTRACTED STAFF MUST COVER ALL CONTRACTORS"
Making statements about the meeting, Ali Yalçın, Chairman of Memur-Sen, underlined that all contracted personnel should be employed on a permanent basis, without making any permanent distinction.
"We conveyed our expectations to the Minister Bilgin regarding the recruitment of workers working in jobs that must be carried out by public officials. As a matter of fact, as stated by our Honorable President, the fact that the family, which is the cornerstone of the society, is under threat, should be sensitive about ensuring family unity, and social costs should be prevented by employing contracted personnel. We expressed that the entire period of service of the personnel who passed from 4/C to 4/B should be taken into account, and the work should be completed in a way to eliminate the slaughter of workers, especially in municipalities that changed hands," he said.
DEFICIENCIES IN 3600 ADDITIONAL INDICATORS HAVE BEEN COMMITTED TO THE MINISTER
Emphasizing that the recruitment of contracted personnel does not impose any burden on the public employer and its finances, Yalçın also drew attention to the fact that the implementation of the work will create significant satisfaction in the social field and increase efficiency in public services.
REVENUE LOSSES OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AGAINST INFLATION SHOULD BE DONE
Yalçın stated that they made an offer to make an additional improvement in the salaries of public officials who experienced a loss of income due to the increase in inflation figures.
"In order to compensate for the income losses experienced by public officials, we conveyed that the losses should be compensated with an additional improvement to the inflation difference," he added.
In addition to these, the delegation; providing food aid to all public officials, paying family allowances to retired public officials, orthoses, prostheses, insulin pumps, hearing aids and batteries etc. for disabled public officials. He also mentioned issues such as making changes in the Health Implementation Communiqué (SUT) and related legislation to facilitate the supply of medical auxiliary equipment, as well as increasing the upper limit of 450,500 TL on the SCT exemption granted for the purchase of vehicles by persons with disabilities.
