The terrorist, who played a role in the attack that took place in one of the most crowded points of Turkey, was caught by the Istanbul Police.
In the terrorist attack on Beyoğlu Istiklal Street, it was determined that the Syrian national suspect Ahlam Albashir, who was determined to have left the bomb at the scene, received the instructions for the attack from the PKK/PYD/YPG terrorist organization's headquarters in Kobani, Syria.

Arzu Özsoy, who was born in 1984 in Istanbul, and her daughter Yağmur Uçar, who was born in Ereğli in 2007, Yusuf Meydan, who was born in Palu in 1988, Ecrin Meydan, who was born in Seyhan 2013, Adem Topkara, who was born in Gümüşhane in 1982, and Mukaddes Elif Topkara, who was born in 1995 in Rize, lost their lives.
An explosion took place due to the bomb left by Ahlam Albashir, who is considered to be related to the terrorist organization PKK/PYD, on Taksim Istiklal Street. Police teams came to the scene and took security measures on the street. 6 people died in the explosion, 81 people were injured, 2 of them seriously. Some people injured due to the explosion were treated in the surrounding hospitals after the first interventions by the medical teams.

"During the operation, 46 people were caught and detained, and during the interrogations of the individuals, it was determined that the person who planted the bomb went to an address in Küçükçekmece district. In the operation carried out at the designated address at 02:50, the Syrian national named Ahlam Albashir, who carried out the incident, was captured alive. In her interrogation, the person stated that she was trained as a special intelligence officer by the PKK/PYD/YPG terrorist organization and that she entered our country illegally through Afrin to take action. The PKK/PYD/YPG terrorist organization's headquarters in Kobani, Syria, took an action order in Istanbul and declared that it carried out a bombing action at around 16.20 on 13 November and fled. The studies initiated regarding the incident continue in a multi-faceted manner."
1200 CAMERA INSPECTED
Istanbul Police Department made a statement regarding the terrorist attack on Taksim Istiklal Street. As a result of the examination of 1200 security cameras, which saw the routes of the suspect woman who planted the bomb, it was noted that it was determined that the person left the scene by taxi and went to Esenler district. In the statement, it was emphasized that an operation was carried out on 21 addresses that were found to be in contact with the person in the physical and technical study.
TAKES A TAXI AS A “CUSTOMER”
Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu announced that the activist who left the bomb at the scene and 21 people who were considered to be related to the incident were caught. The number of suspects detained for alleged links to terrorist attacks has increased.
According to this, Anti-Terrorism and intelligence units, which examined hundreds of security cameras after the attack, found the taxi that the female terrorist took to escape after the attack, disguised as a "customer". While the taxi driver was brought to the Anti-Terror Branch to take his statement, the commercial taxi was examined by the security units.
The female terrorist who carried out the bomb attack and entered Turkey from Syria was detained by the security forces in a house in Küçükçekmece. While the images of those moments were accessed, the type of polisher used in the attack became clear.
In the action in which TNT type explosives were used, all connections in Turkey of the cell member, who was learned to have entered from Afrin and who were understood to be affiliated with the separatist terrorist organization PKK/PYD, were scrutinized.
