Nikki Haley, the US Permanent Representative to the UN, referred to the policy of international cessation under the name of aid, saying, "The United States should not even give a dollar until give Pakistan itself."

Haley stated that the first issue that attracted his attention when she took office was US foreign aid, and she prepared a book with details of foreign aid to US President Donald Trump. Haley said that foreign aid had been given to the countries determined by the UN vote. “My opinion on this issue is that we do not decide on the basis of the UN vote. We must not send aid to countries that say death to America. We should not send help to those who do not want to be our partner.

Haley said about the US aid to Pakistan: hâlâ For example, we paid billions of dollars to Pakistan, but they still continue to be the safe haven for terrorists, and these terrorists are killing our soldiers. We can't accept that. The United States should not even give a dollar until it pays Pakistan. These aren't very small bucks. Before we give them money, we need to say, Before you can help your army and fight against terrorism, we need to fix these issues first.

Haley added that foreign aid should be given to collaborative countries.

The Trump administration had previously cut back financial aid to Pakistan on the grounds that it did not fight terrorism. In January, the US statement made it clear that Pakistan was a safe haven for some terrorist organizations and that these organizations were involved in attacks in Afghanistan. US $ 255 million in this period (about 1.3 billion pounds), explaining that the military aid is cut off, then in August, two military programs between the two countries announced that the military program was canceled.
