On the occasion of the first anniversary of the US Embassy in Tel Aviv, the US and Zionist Israel flags were projected onto the historic walls surrounding the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem municipality of the occupying Israel, reflecting the US and Zionist Israeli flags with the system of lighting on the western Jerusalem side of the city walls around the Old City.
In addition to the city walls surrounding the Old City, including the Masjid al-Aqsa, flags were also projected in the same way to many landmarks in the holy city.
According to a written statement by the Israeli Prime Ministry Press Office, a celebration ceremony was organized by the Jerusalem Municipality on the occasion of the first anniversary of the US embassy's transfer to Jerusalem.
"The US is the first country to bring its embassy to Jerusalem, the only suitable place for embassies in our eternal capital and State of Israel," said Moshe Lion, Mayor of Jerusalem. "We embrace our friends in the United States. President Donald Trump and Ambassador David Friedman are real friends," he added.
