At a press conference at the White House, US President Joe Biden evaluated the latest developments in the Ukraine crisis and answered journalists' questions.
 
"In recent days, we have seen serious ceasefire violations by Russian-backed forces," Biden argued that these forces blamed the attacks in Donbass on Ukraine.
 
To a question "Do you believe Putin has decided to invade Ukraine?" Biden replied as; "Yes, I believe that Putin has decided on this at the moment."
