Victims of delayed pension age (EYT), one of the main problems of working life, while the government on contracted personnel employment in the public sector presses the button for a solution, the victimization of the personnel working in the auxiliary services class continues to be ignored.
In the collective agreement signed in 2015, the abolition of the "Auxiliary Services Class" was signed, and the government promised on the subject.
However, despite the fact that 6 years have passed since both the signature and the promise, no concrete steps have been taken regarding the issue.
The Defense, Office and Support Services Union (Savdes-Sen), reacting to this victimization and forgetting experienced by the Auxiliary Service Class personnel, called for the government to keep the promises made.
“THIS CLASS IS EXPIRED”
"Savdes-Sen" Police Department Head Selçuk Özdemir, who made a statement to our newspaper on the subject, noted that the Auxiliary Services Class personnel, whose number exceeds one hundred thousand, experienced great grievances both in financial and personal rights due to the class they belong to.
"Today, the outdated Auxiliary Services Class should be abolished and the existing personnel in this service class should be transferred to the service classes appropriate to their education status and the titles they have issued," Özdemir said.
