The 7th Ordinary General Assembly of "Enerji Bir-Sen" affiliated to "Memur-Sen" labour union was held in Ankara.
The current Chairman, Hacı Bayram Tonbul, who was re-elected by reassuring in the election held in the General Assembly, "As Enerji Bir-Sen; We will continue to work with determination, effort and self-sacrifice and to produce gains for our members together," he said.

Noting that Enerji Bir-Sen continues to grow despite all privatizations and the separation of ministries, Tonbul reminded that it has been the authorized union in the service branch since 2010.
"Our Enerji Bir-Sen family has grown step by step with your efforts and has exceeded 18 thousand as of today. More than half of our service branch employees are members of our union. Our competitors cannot even approach its shadow. Their dreams cannot even match what we do," he added

Pointing out that especially the technical personnel have been treated unfairly in the adjustments made regarding the wages in recent days, Tonbul stated that there are employees of the energy service branch in all of the important projects.
"From Yusufeli Dam to the revival of the GAP Project; From the bridges on the Bosphorus to the tunnels that pierce the mountains and seas; from satellite sent to space to UAVs and SİHAs in the defense industry; from electronic devices in the health sector to tools and equipment that provide comfort in our homes; All these services, from the conversion of underground coal to energy and the conversion of our underground mines into industrial products, are offered by you in the Energy, Industry and Mining Service branch. As Enerji Bir-Sen; We will continue to work with determination, effort and self-sacrifice and to produce gains for our members together," he stated.
