Felicity (Saadet) Party Deputy Abdulkadir Karaduman brought the problem of education in Turkey's eastern province Bingöl's Karlıova to the parliament and presented a parliamentary question. Karaduman submitted a parliamentary question to the Presidency of the Assembly, asking the Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer to answer the inadequacy of schools and classrooms in Bingöl Karlıova.

"SCHOOL AND CLASSROOMS ARE INSUFFICIENT"

Karaduman stated in the parliamentary question that the number of schools and classrooms remained inadequate due to the proliferation of residential areas in Bingöl Karlıova district center and 47 villages and 16 hamlets, and noted that the inadequacy of schools and the difficulty of transportation are the biggest obstacles to education. It was stated in the motion that the majority of them were educated by bussed method, and the attempts of the residents of the district and village to solve the problems were inconclusive.

“DID YOU HAVE A WORK TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS?”

Karaduman asked the following questions for Minister Özer to answer:

1- How many primary schools, how many secondary schools and how many high schools are there in Bingöl Karlıova? What is the number of primary, secondary and high school students registered in the district population?

2- What is the number of students receiving transported education in the district? How many students are in boarding education? How many boarding schools in the district?

3- Will you have any work to offer students in the villages of Ulukapı, Bağlıisa, Yorgançayır, Hasanova, Serpmekaya, Bedran, Yalnızan, Yoncalık, and Sarıkuşak, to provide bussed education other than boarding education?

4- Will you do any work to identify the problems that hinder education in Karlıova district and to solve these problems?
