While demanding the prosecution of names including Benjamin Netanyahu, Aviv Kochavi and Benny Gantz, the trial of the invading killers is seen as the common expectation of the entire human family. It is hoped that the trial will not suffer a similar fate as the Mavi Marmara case, which was sacrificed to the normalization of the government with Israel.

Zionist Israel once again terrorized Palestine in the middle of the month of Ramadan in 2011. It attacked places of worship, especially Masjid al-Aqsa, in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza; It beat worshipers, Palestinians in homes and on the streets at its discretion, and martyred some of them. The occupying Israeli forces, which bombarded Gaza for 11 days, killed 253 people. In the attacks in which 1,910 people were injured, at least 75,000 people were displaced, 1,800 houses were destroyed and 6,800 houses were damaged. The families of some of the children who were martyred in the atrocities committed by Israel applied to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, through their lawyers in Turkey, to try the perpetrators of the massacre. It was noted that among the names demanded to be prosecuted were names such as Israel's former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz, and Chief of Staff of the Israeli regime, Aviv Kochavi.

HIGH-LEVEL OFFICIALS ARE ALSO AMONG THE NAMES DEMANDED TO BE TRIED

While the families of the children murdered by the Israeli regime in Gaza applied to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the perpetrators of the massacre to be tried, senior officials were among the names demanded to be tried. Accordingly, it was noted that among the criminals demanded to be tried were names such as Benjamin Netanyahu, the former prime minister of the Israeli regime, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz, and Chief of Staff of the Israeli regime, Aviv Kochavi. In addition to the people in question, it was learned that Amiram Norkin, Eliezer Toledano, Nri Horvits, David Salma, Aharon Halifa, Oded Basik, Tamer Yaday, Nemrut Aloni, Afekhay Adrei and other Israeli soldiers to be identified were among the names requested to be tried.

DON'T LET IT BE TO END AS MAVI MARMARA CASE

The prosecution of the crimes of the Zionist Israeli regime against the Palestinians since the occupation process is seen as the common expectation of the entire human family. While it is thought that Israel's systematic crimes against humanity, such as the bombing of homes and schools, the murder of children and women, arbitrary detention, torture and ill-treatment, and the punishment of those responsible, will prevent future crimes and massacres, it is hoped that justice will be provided. In this context, it is hoped that the trial of the invading killers will not suffer a similar end to the Mavi Marmara case.
