Saadet Party Gebze District Administration continues to follow up the projects that were committed to the people of Gebze but were not put into operation or left unfinished. Saadet Party Gebze District President Mustafa Turel and Saadet Party Gebze District Executive Board members came together and made a press statement regarding the unfulfilled promises. The press release made a huge splash in the local media. Stating that no action has been taken for the promised soup kitchen project of Gebze Municipality despite the passage of 3 and a half years, Mustaf Turel, pointed out that there will not be another five years for Gebze Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zinnur Büyükgöz and made some criticisms.
“DO NOT SELL DREAM, COMPLETE THE PROJECTS YOU PROMISED”
Reminding that the promises made are still not fulfilled, Saadet Party Gebze District President Mustafa Turel asked why the soup kitchen has not been built for 3 and a half years and said, "Do not sell dream, complete the projects you promised. In the 2009 local elections, While Mr. Zinnur Büyükgöz was a candidate for the mayor of Gebze, he made an election manifesto of approximately forty articles to the public. He subsequently became mayor in the 2009 local elections. As the Saadet Party Gebze district administration, we waited for 3 years for these promises to come true. After more than 3 years, the promises made have not been fulfilled. We do not abandon the promises made to make Gebze a more livable city. Despite the passage of 3,5 years, the promised promises are not fulfilled. 1,5 years until the local elections, new promises are announced to the public. Mr. President, do not sell dreams, complete the projects you promised.”
