Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım said Monday that Turkey will deal with the Iraqi government exclusively, the legitimate power controling border crossings, airports and oil trade.
Speaking in a televised interview, Yıldırım warned that the KRG referendum will only worsen the existing chaos and instability in Iraq.
Yıldırım said Turkey will not remain indifferent if a massacre against Turkmens begins in northern Iraq.
