Büro Memur-Sen labour union, who will sit at the table on behalf of 300,000 public workers working in the Bureau Service Branch, will negotiate for the employees with the 101 articles it conveyed.
Before the 6th Term Collective Agreement process, which will start on August 2, Büro Memur-Sen conveyed its demands to Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Security Ahmet Erdem. In the requests consisting of 101 items, there were many topics from the recruitment of 4/B and 4/C members to additional payments.
“WE WILL REPRESENT 300,000 PUBLIC WORKERS”
Speaking after the presentation of the proposals, Büro Memur-Sen Chairman Yusuf Yazgan stated that they will represent approximately 300,000 public officials working in 7 ministries and 44 institutions as the general authorized union in the Bureau Banking and Insurance Service Branch at the collective bargaining table.

Yazgan stated that they will do their best to meet their demands during the contract process.
"We ask for inflation plus welfare share from the Public Employers Committee. With the Decree Law No. 666, we will demand our previous loss of rights, especially overtime wages, additional payments and bonuses taken from our public officials. Hopefully, we will turn our demands into gains. We will not sign any text that does not meet our demands. With the gains we will achieve, we will make our public officials in our service branch smile," he said.
