Continuing its aid efforts to heal the wounds of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation continues to support earthquake victims with many different projects.
Continuing its work to meet the basic food needs of earthquake-affected families, IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, in the project carried out jointly with the United Nations (UN) Humanitarian Aid Coordination Office, visited Cinderes in the Afrin district of Syria, which was affected by the earthquakes that occurred last February, described as the "disaster of the century". Food supplies were delivered regularly for 6 months to 4 thousand 425 earthquake victims living in 5 different villages in the town.
1.7 MILLION BREADS WERE DISTRIBUTED
Within the scope of the project carried out by the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation for earthquake victims, 4 thousand 289 emergency food packages, 2 thousand 550 food parcels and 1 million 793 thousand 592 pieces of Syrian bread were delivered to earthquake-affected families in Afrin's Jindaras, Hikja, Baflur, Mohammadia, Nasriya and Ajnadiya villages. distributed.
850 earthquake-affected families living in 5 different villages of Jindaras benefited from a total of 3 food parcels, 2 emergency food packages and regular bread distribution every day for 5 months.
