Turkish Parliament goes on recess

The Turkish Grand National Assembly will take a recess until October 1, completing the work for the 4th Legislative Year of the 27th Term on Wednesday, July 14th.

In the last week, a bill, known as "bag law" in the public, has been submitted to the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. In the proposal, which will be discussed in the proposal that the Czech law victims are eagerly waiting for, the expulsion authority for public officials will be extended for 3 years within the scope of the fight against terrorism.
 
The Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) will enact the Law Proposal Amending the Tourism Encouragement Law and Some Laws, and the bag bill on the economy, before going on holiday this week. The Planning and Budget Committee will meet today in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. In the commission, the 'Draft Law on Amending Certain Laws and Statutory Decrees', which is known as the 'bag law' in the public, will be discussed.
 

EXPORT AUTHORITY OF PUBLIC OFFICERS TO BE EXTENDED FOR 3 YEARS

 
After the proposal is completed, it is planned to be discussed in the general assembly. The proposal aims to eliminate potential grievances and prevent loss of rights in the works and transactions to be made regarding the obligations of the state to open housing loans and construct buildings for citizens whose buildings were damaged in the earthquakes that occurred in 2020, to extend a helping hand to disaster victims and to ensure a unity of practice. In the baggage law, the duration of the regulations regarding some necessary measures, such as the dismissal, dismissal, reinstatement of ranks, and non-use of professional titles, as part of the fight against terrorist organizations, will be extended for three years as of July 31, 2021, depending on the need.
 

PLANNED TO GO ON HOLIDAY UNTIL OCTOBER 1

 
If one tenth of the unpaid checks is paid by 30 June 2022, and the other installments are paid in 15 equal installments at two-month intervals from the said date, all consequences of the conviction will be eliminated. As long as the debtors stick to their payments, their executions will also be stopped. This provision will also apply to the files that are in the trial phase for crimes committed until April 30, 2021. It is planned that the 27th Term 4th Legislative Year will be completed on July 14, after the law negotiations are completed in the General Assembly of the Assembly, and it will go on vacation until October 1.
