Turkish Treasury borrows 2.6 billion liras

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance went to borrow 2 billion 609 million lira in the bond auction held yesterday.

In the tender, a 7-year (2485-day) maturity, 6-month coupon payment, floating rate government bond was reissued.
 
The periodic interest in the tender was 9.01. In the tender, where the nominal bid reached 2 billion 924 million liras, nominal sales were 1 billion 770 million liras and net sales were 1 billion 509 million liras.
 
In the tender, where no bids were received from the public, 1 billion 714 million liras were received from market makers, and 1 billion 100 million liras were sold to this segment.
 
Thus, the Treasury borrowed a total of 2 billion 609 million liras in the tender.
