ISRAEL THANKS AKP GOVERNMENT

Foreign Minister of the Israeli regime, Eli Cohen, announced that the Israeli citizen, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for drug smuggling in Türkiye, would return to his country as a result of the contacts established on the Ankara-Israel line.

Cohen said on Thursday, "Happily, Danny Awka, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison after President Herzog, myself and other officials intervened, will return to his family earlier this week. This is part of the many efforts made by the State of Israel and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Israeli citizens and is a testament to the rapprochement between Israel and Türkiye. I would like to thank President Erdoğan and Foreign Minister Fidan, who contributed to the solution of the problem."
