At the same time, @VP, @FLOTUS, @PressSec, @Cabinet, and @LaCasaBlanca accounts will also start a fresh with zero followers once Biden is sworn in as Americas next president.
Currently, @POTUS, @TheWhiteHouse, @FLOTUS and @PressSec have 33.2 million, 26 million, 16 million and 6 million followers on Twitter, respectively.
