The war, which started on February 24 with Russia's attack on Ukraine, was handled with a report by the International Center for Observation and Strategic Research (UGSAM), which operates within the Anatolian Youth Association.

In the prepared report, it was underlined that the ongoing war started with the thought that Russia's rights were usurped by the West in the Second World War.

IT IS NOT A WORLD WAR IN ITS CURRENT SITUATION

In the report, it was emphasized that Russia started the war to take back its rights, the content of which is unknown, and it was noted that it was clear that a new world order would be established after the war.

While it was pointed out in the report that the war that took place could not be described as a world war.

"With its current scale and the position of the actors, this war is not a world war and cannot open the door to such a war," the reports said.

IF RUSSIA CANNOT STOP IN UKRAINE, IT CANNOT BE DEFINED WHERE IT WILL STOP

While the report also touched upon the harsh reaction of the West to Russia, it was stated that the West had a fear of Russia.

"Russia has the memory of the military staff that will occupy the capitals of even France and Germany when possible. It is unpredictable where Russia will stand if it is not stopped in Ukraine," the report added.

WAR IS THE HERALD OF A NEW ERA

In the report, which draws attention to the effects of the war on many points, the report reminded that the names of new countries were discussed between NATO and EU countries as well as European countries that took new security measures due to the war.

"Talking about the NATO memberships of Finland and Sweden heralds a brand new era. Countries such as Turkey and the UK, which are not represented in the EU and are often only the subject of criticism, will be strong actors for the EU to protect their borders," the report added.

MIGRANTS CAN CHANGE THE DEMOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE

Pointing out that the number of refugees fleeing from Ukraine is higher than the population of some countries in Europe, the report reminded that it will affect the demographic structure in some countries and may demand new rights within the scope of minority rights in the future.

In the report, "For example, according to the statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova dated 13 March 2022, it was stated that the immigrants coming to Moldova exceeded 4% of the country's population. It is inevitable that Ukrainians, who do not have a minority problem and any special political demands in Moldova, will come with new political demands in the future," it was stated.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE DEPENDING ON RUSSIA FOR ENERGY

The report pointed out that with the start of the war, it was realized that the majority of Europe's energy needs were met from Russia.

"It was reminded that with the energy crisis that emerged with the war, European countries turned to new decisions regarding their dependence on other countries in energy," it was stated in the report.

IT WILL CAUSE MANY CHANGES IN THE INTERNATIONAL ORDER

In the report, which drew attention to the fact that the international order was violated by the owners with the war, it was noted that the established order was eroded with the nuclear threat put forward by Putin at the beginning of the war.

In the report, "In the international order, countries such as Turkey and England, which Europe is institutionally kept inside but distant in political decisions, have gained political power. It is clear that these countries will have a greater say in Western politics in the future," it was added.
