According to the press release from Ukraine Presidency, in the teleconference between Poroshenko, Hollande and Merkel leaders are going to meet in Berlin in Normandy format (Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia) to discuss Minsk Protocol on Wednesday.
Russian Presindent Putin is expected to attend the meeting, as it is organised in Normany format.
Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in a previous statement, meeting of Normandy Protocol leaders on October 19th is uncertain.
Normany protocol will meet fort he first time after a year if the meeting realises.
