Samuel Huntington, while presenting the "Clash of Civilizations" thesis as a bubbling new world vision document, envisioned a conflict and war between the civilization blocks he defined. But I think this war ignores the possibility of a civilization breaking out within itself. Even though I have seen in certain texts and posts that Russia is an Asian civilization, I think that these goodwill approaches carry a weak presupposition that has the influence of history, sociology and the cold war. Actually, I was inclined to perceive Russia as an Asian civilization until I visited the Russian National Museum in Moscow's square. Those who have visited the Russian National Museum know well, it is quite successful as an original and chronological museum. Russian history begins as a traditional Asian history in the museum; You see a Kazakh, Tatar background in Taras Bulba's spirituality, as if confirming the promise that if you robbed a Russian, Tatar will emerge from gold, but this suddenly changes with three areas of interaction. The first of these is the effect of the Mongolian pressure in the Golden Horde, the second is the effect that goes back to the Kinesis, and the third is the European bond that started in Russian history, the marriages and the German, English, Greek, Romanian, French kings and their children in the process. The system that is presented as universal benefits to the whole world today is this subjective and unjust system.
COLD WAR USED AS AN INVASION OPPORTUNITY
The Cold War, in the early 60s, World War II. It is structured as a dichotomy in which the whole world is imprisoned through the victors of World War II. The Cold War was used as a period of global invasion and destruction, especially for the USA and Russia. Every region of the world has been forced into a choice. Even today, the eco-class structure in the world is the product of this period. Africa, Asia, the Latin world, Turkestan, the Balkans and the whole world in the cold war vortex II. It experienced the global spread of the effects of World War II until the 90s. Although the end of the cold war was destroyed by the effect of one ambitious brother and the impatience of the other, the cold war habits continue to hold a place in the hearts of the USA and Russia. A rule-making power all over the world has not been easy to forget. This desire for power continues to exist.
THE EUROPEAN MISSION CONSISTS OF COMFORT
As we mentioned at the beginning, although the conflict basins of the Clash of Civilizations, whose flare was thrown by Huntington, are clear, II. World War II developed a private law among all Western countries and defined a hierarchy of power. Although this understanding tries to build the mission of Europeanness around a Eurocentric understanding, it is obvious that this is only a comfort dimension. Although the Western system, which has manifested as the dissolution of the consciousness of the nation, the state and us, creates a welfare and democracy focused on its own comfort, the possibility and possibility that it can disintegrate in the face of real feelings has emerged in Ukraine. The Western system, which acts with the logic of peace within itself and inconsistent attack outside itself, has emerged with the Ukraine War with its internal inconsistencies and gaps that they have been hiding with international organizations, non-governmental organizations and media, propaganda devices for many years. Countries that are superior in the historical role and power hierarchy, have been in an effort to maintain their own existential focus besides this relationship. They have had the opportunity to closely test each other's ideological, political and military powers, especially in the recent global war story, and especially in the wars they waged in Islamic lands, while breaking the borders of the Islamic world.
PUTIN'S TALK REVEALED EVERYTHING
While the EU, with its spoiled attitude of the USA, imposes its existence and power by constantly undermining the NATO culture, Russia has exposed the readiness process required by the continuous VETO-based opposition dynamics in a critical region. Since this process emerges as a confession document of the historical vacuum within the Western system and has a psychoanalytic dimension, all parties choose to describe the subject through the concepts of identity, history, politics and civilization. The content of Putin's speech is of a nature that reveals the dysfunctional and baseless structure of this loose structure and tends to express the source of his behavior in the strongest way. It is obvious that the uncertain EU, as a well-thought-out and well-established paradigm over all arguments, is a historic move against the NATO bloc. While NATO and the UN are paying the price for their deep global inconsistencies, the ideology of existence that they could not bring into existence, since nature will not accept a vacuum, there will be suitors of this vacuum. In fact, the West will make a power change within itself, but it will experience a deep chaos in integrated systems. The UN and NATO do not seem to be able to make the decision between extinction and existence as a counterattack. This process will trigger change all over the world.
THE WORLD IS ENTERING A NEW PROCESS
The effects of this change process will hit the whole world. The whole world will be pushed towards new decision processes. In this process, those who are prepared, have national and global strategies, know their identity and belonging and take positions accordingly will survive. Our country has to evaluate this gap with all its instruments. Without being crushed by the cold war dichotomy, it can survive by basing its existence not on the EU, UN, NATO norms, but on the universal norms that humanity needs. Our future projection; It is not under the influence and control of the Council of Europe, European Union, UN, NATO, OECD values and the normative field inspired by these values; The construction of civilization is possible when it is formed on the basis of universal, innate values, the basic rule of justice, divine rules and norms. Eurocentrism, which started with the Enlightenment and was imposed on humanity in a single form as a purely positivist, materialist world of values and norms, cannot be glorified, imposed, blessed as a pivotal focus, and never be a set of common principles.
