SUPPORT TO THE CEASE-FIRE FROM SPAIN AND WHO
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez supported the letter sent by Guterres and said, "The Security Council must take immediate action and implement a humanitarian ceasefire."
Sanchez announced that he gave "full support" to Guterres' call, citing Article 99 of the UN Charter.
World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus also stated that he supports Antonio Guterres.
