“OUR CONGRESS WAS GOING TO BE LATER, BUT WE MAKE IT EARLIER DUE TO MY HEALTH”
Stating that his speech was like a farewell speech, Karamollaoğlu reminded that he will resign as the chairman at the congress to be held on June 30.
"As the chairman of the Saadet Party, our friends entrusted me with such a task a long time ago. The congress was supposed to be later, but I came to the conclusion that I could not continue it due to my health. That's why we brought the congress early. Now, together with our friends, we will choose a younger, more dynamic chairman and continue our work," Karamollaoğlu said.
Pointing out that the Milli Görüş movement was not a movement that emerged spontaneously, Karamollaoğlu stated that they put forward serious work under the leadership of Erbakan Hodja and conveyed Erbakan Hodja's struggle.
Reminding that he started working in the field of engine production after Erbakan Hodja was blocked, Karamollaoğlu underlined that an engine factory was opened in 1957 despite the economic crisis and production started in this factory.

Stating that at the beginning of Milli Görüş movement, the issues that Erbakan Hodja brought to the agenda on various occasions were taken as basis, Karamollaoğlu stated that priority was given to the understanding of "morality and spirituality first".
"When we started this movement, we adopted the motto 'Morality and Spirituality First'. It is not possible to achieve any serious development in a country without revitalizing moral and spiritual values. There can be no peace without justice, not only justice but also waste and corruption. We are responsible for preventing all of these. That is why we primarily adopt the principle of morality and spirituality. This is not something that can be glossed over with words," Karamollaoğlu added.
“SOLVING PROBLEMS REQUIRES A SERIOUS APPROACH”
Drawing attention to the construction works carried out in government offices in recent years, Karamollaoğlu stated that this was a waste.
"Approach is very important. We do not allow the construction of roads, airports, bridges, high-rise buildings, government offices, even a single government office. Do we have to have someone live in the palace? We eliminate the waste in these places and meet the needs of people who cannot work and feed themselves from the money left over from this waste. What I'm saying requires a serious approach," Karamollaoğlu said.
“WE ARE THE ONLY POLITICAL PARTY THAT WILL SAVE TÜRKİYE FROM TODAY'S PROBLEMS”
Karamollaoğlu stated that if the Milli Görüş understanding comes to power, it will solve the problems of both Türkiye and the Islamic world.
"We are the only political party that will save Türkiye from today's problems. Our Erbakan Hodja has a famous saying; 'faith produces milk from the goat'. Who will do these? us, you together. We will support each other. Especially Milli Görüş members should start by understanding and realizing that only they can solve the problems of this country. It is our concern to raise Türkiye and the Islamic world to their feet. If we were in power today, Israel would not be able to carry out these massacres. Believe me, if we came to power today, the massacre would stop. Because they know that we will bring that iron dome down on their heads. Israel is the scourge of this region. The Islamic world is incapable of coming together. Look at the Islamic world, the Islamic world; There does not seem to be another country that will lead, but we will be astute," Karamollaoğlu added.
