While high inflation and the cost of living increase cheap and fraudulent food production, companies that endanger public health have been hidden from the public by not being disclosed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for 18 months.

While the Ministry's food inspections indicate that there has been a significant increase in companies using horse and donkey meat in their products, the fact that these companies are hidden from the public reveals how public health is endangered.
 
While the last disclosure against companies producing fraudulent food was made in March 2022 during the ministry of Bekir Pakdemirli, the disclosure list for companies producing fraudulent food has not been published since then.
 
While the disclosure list, which should be published at least twice a year according to customs, was never published during Vahit Kirişci's ministry, it is noteworthy that the same tradition was continued by İbrahim Yumaklı.
