PRODUCING INTERNATIONAL PUBLICATIONS HAS BEEN MANDATORY
Stating that the criteria for academic appointment at universities in our country are increasing day by day, Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Kurban said, “The way to meet the ever-increasing appointment criteria is to produce international publications. Academicians are required to publish internationally in order to reach wider audiences, gain personal prestige and contribute to science. International publications interact rapidly in academic circles and their feedback is more constructive and effective. Things to consider in the process of publishing an article in an international journal; having a good knowledge of foreign language writing, determining the focal point to be followed in the article, writing the introduction->method->discussion->summary-> conclusion, writing the introduction according to the scope of the study and highlighting the innovative aspects of the study. The publication process requires experience and results can be obtained quickly as experience is gained. It can be thought of as a process,” he said. The seminar ended with questions and answers.
