Zionist Israel continued its banditry attacks against Palestinians in every blessed month of Ramadan this year as well. Thousands of people reacting to the attacks upon the call of the Anatolian Youth Association (AGD) gathered in front of the Israeli residence in Ankara, protesting the occupying Israel and supporting the Palestinian resistance. AGD members and Young Memur-Sen members attended the program, which started with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an. Gathering in front of the Israeli Embassy residence, the group held the side of the road and performed the tarawih prayer. Later, the protesters, who opened a banner reading "We say stop to the cruelty of the oppressor, we stand up for Jerusalem", chanted slogans against Israel.
BEYAZIT: “NORMALIZATION IS NOT POSSIBLE WITH ISRAEL”
Felicity (Saadet) Party Provincial Chairman Fatih Beyazıt stated that the Israeli army continues its vile attacks against the Masjid al-Aqsa and the Palestinians this Ramadan, as it does every Ramadan, and that Israel is encouraged by the silence of the Islamic world and told the hypocrisy of the world public opinion. Noting that they do not accept any invader or occupation in the Palestinian territories, Beyazıt emphasized that normalization with Israel would not be possible.
BALCI: “THE AMBIVALENT ATTITUDE SHOULD BE AVOIDED”
Young Memur-Sen Chairman Mesut Emre Balcı stated that they are together to condemn Israel's attacks on Masjid al-Aqsa and said that the Israeli forces once again showed how cruel and occupier they are with the attacks they carried out on Friday, April 15. Inviting all international actors, especially the United Nations (UN), to abandon their ambivalent attitude towards human rights and freedoms and take a stand against Israel, Balcı stated that they condemned Israel's cowardly attacks on the first qibla of Muslims.
ŞANVER: “A BETRAYAL TO THE MASJID AL-AQSA”
AGD Ankara Branch Head Ahmet Şanver also stated that they have condemned Israel, which has turned the month of Ramadan into a bloodbath with its attacks on Masjid al-Aqsa. All the atrocities in our geography are perpetrated or planned at the hands of Israel. Unfortunately, our Masjid al-Aqsa is trampled by Israeli boots. In the eyes of our mothers, blood flows, not tears. Palestinian children, young people from Jerusalem and our Muslim sisters are beaten, imprisoned and even fight with bullets while protecting the dignity of Islam. "Any agreement with terrorist Israel is a betrayal of Al-Aqsa Mosque," he said.
