KHASHOGGI’S FIANCEE: “TURNED 180 DEGREES AFTER PRETENDED TO BE DEFENDING VERY WELL”
Khashoggi's fiancee, Hatice Cengiz, who closely follows the case, stated that they will appeal the court's decision. Cengiz said, “It is not possible for us to accept this decision. The decision taken is a political decision. It is against the legal process. The Turkish government at first pretended to defend this case very well. I am not the government. They may have given up on the pursuit of justice, but I will not give up. It was very disappointing that Turkey turned 180 degrees from this case. I am very sorry.”
