It was very meaningful that Devlet Bahçeli mentioned for the first time the argument that "President Erdogan has a legal obstacle to the election", which has been voiced by different segments recently, and said, "We will solve such a problem."

Finally, in the evaluations of Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Bahçeli in the closed section of Kızılcahamam Camp, "We try our best to make the necessary legal arrangements so that the President can be elected for at least three terms, and we achieve this. No one should catch fish in murky water, should not be tempted to earn rent without polarization, should not think that Mr. Erdogan will block his way, and should not pursue crude dreams," he said.

Bahçeli's statements fell like a bomb on the political agenda.

Due to his position in political arithmetic and being the name that led the country to early elections in recent times, the attitude of Devlet Bahçeli is closely watched by political circles.

"THERE IS NO LEGAL PROBLEM, I WILL PUBLISH AN ARTICLE SOON"

Mustafa Şentop, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), answered the questions of the journalists after giving information about the activities of the 102nd anniversary of the establishment of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Şentop, to the question regarding President Erdoğan's candidacy, "There is no legal debate on this issue. It's the second time he's been nominated. The Constitutional Commission on this issue is a subject that has not been discussed in the studies carried out in the General Assembly. I will publish an academic study on its legal dimension. But I can say that there is no legal problem on the subject and that the discussions are due to the lack of information", he said.
