The lawlessness in Yalova, which was brought to the agenda by Milli Gazete with its "IS THE SCHOOL OR WEDDING HALL MORE IMPORTANT?" headline, continues to grow.
Educator Mesut Acar, who leased an idle building of the Yalova Central Village Service Union for 10 years with a tender 7 years ago, converted the unused building into a school, but was blocked by the Yalova Governorship and Yalova Municipality.
The local authorities in Yalova, who first leased the idle building to Mesut Acar through tender, then did not give permission to the school.
Mesut Acar, who started his legal struggle and was right in 6 cases, told the National Newspaper about the developments on the subject.
Mesut Acar, who stated that the Yalova Governorship, which did not comply with the court decision, even made a decision that "there is no need to investigate" regarding the file he is the defendant, drew attention to the fact that the Yalova Municipality also had a share in the unlawfulness.
“DOCUMENTS ARE NOT REALLY ACCEPTABLE”
Stating that the Yalova Governorship is still acting illegally and illegally despite all court decisions, educator Mesut Acar said, "The fact that the Governorship of Yalova and the Municipality of Yalova do not comply with the decisions of the courts of the Republic of Turkey is still ignored. As I applied everywhere, I brought the matter to Presidential Communication Center (CIMER). The documents signed by the Deputy Governor and the Director of the Yalova Provincial Administrative Board to clear himself of the complaints I have made are really unacceptable. Yalova Governor's Office did not allow an investigation on a matter that concerns itself. In other words, the Yalova Governor's Office can make a decision that "there is no need to investigate" a case regarding the injustice it has committed. I wonder when our state and authorities will see the issue."
“HOW THEY PAY THE ACCOUNT?”
Emphasizing that the unlawfulness should be abandoned as soon as possible, Mesut Acar said, "The file was examined by the Ministry of Interior last year, we are waiting for the result. I look forward to seeing how the Yalova Governor's Office, which has documented that it did not arbitrarily implement 6 court decisions and even the Supreme Court decision, will be held accountable when justice is served. In my just cause, my financial losses, the compensations I deserve and many more progresses are officially collapsed. I wonder how the people of Yalova will be held accountable for this situation, which also concerns the Municipality of Yalova. While I want to add value to Yalova with the school I want to build, I say again that local administrators should give up their unlawful and unfair behavior as soon as possible."
