The Court of Accounts found that the Ministry of Energy has not recognized the accrual amounts of 418 million Turkish Liras as a share of oil and gas in 2017, and that this revenue information is not reflected in the budget figures of the ministerial financial statements as corporate income! According to the report, the ministry's loss of 418 million TL in the 2017 financial statement!
 
While the Court of Accounts found the public's answer insufficient, he evaluated the situation in the conclusion section as follows: It is considered that this amount of 600 incomes in 2017 financial statements is missing and does not reflect the reality.
 
In its 2017 Audit Report on the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, the Court of Auditors found that the amount of money that would explode was not accounted for. Article 9 of the Petroleum Law No. 6491; A caller or an operator is obliged to pay one-eighth of the oil produced by the state as a share 88, while the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has accrued a state share of 418.588.335.52 Turkish Liras from petroleum and natural gas, but it has not been recognized. In other words, the related general directorate of the ministry made a total of 418,588,335,52 TL collections from the oil explorer and operator, but the income information was not reflected in the budget figures of the ministerial financial statements. The Court of Accounts found that the ministry's financial statement in 2017 was not exactly 418 million 588 thousand 335 TL.
