When the reason for the existence of man on earth is examined, human history can be described as a history of labor in a sense. This qualification; It gains importance with the meaning attributed to labor, the sum of all human actions on earth. On the one hand, those who pursue the truth-right and its struggle, on the other hand, those who fight the false. Earth is the meeting place of these two main vessels (in other words, right and superstition).
Two of the main duties of man on earth are: To make effort and to produce. These two basic areas gain value according to why people do these activities. The world of values is shaped by belief, grasping the world and beyond as a whole and believing in the day of computation, in the reconstruction and construction of the world, they first perform a mental change. However, this change of mentality is a difficult and challenging pursuit that the great case-leaders adopt to the masses, break old patterns and habits, and present them as a social reality.
In our country, Necmettin Erbakan is one of the most important scholars, intellectuals, politicians and actionists in the intellectuals who have been seeking a cure for the historical break since 1839, the official start of our westernization adventure.

As a person at the university, as well as his experience such as TOBB and Gümüş Motor, Erbakan Hodja, who prioritized labor and appreciated the right of labor, also had an understanding that respected justice in employee-employer relations.
The speech he made at the General Assembly of a union affiliated with our HAK-İŞ Confederation in 2003 expressed his value and importance for workers' rights / labor in a clear and almost classic text, in the words that will be mentioned in the future. He said the following in his speech:
"You have been working for the rights, protecting the rights of employees, however you doing with all your effort much better services for Turkey's empowerment and development. According to our belief, what has been done to establish the right is the most holy work. Therefore, we welcome your presence, your work, your efforts with respect, our hearts and appreciation."
"We can not separate the issue of Turkey's world affairs. We can not separate the issue of trade union issues such as Turkey's industry. Industry, trade union matters, we can not separate the issue of Turkey. It should take the right to labor because labor is the cause of right. That is why your work is destined, so when done with this understanding, this work is a worship."
