Bureau Memur-Sen drew attention to the increasing workload of SGK employees with the action it took in front of SGK in Ankara and called for regulation.
Speaking at the action, Bureau Officer-Sen No. 1 Branch President Hasan Aydoğan started to speak with the wishes of Allah's mercy for those who died in the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş and healing for the injured, and reminded that 2 million 250 thousand people will be entitled to retirement with the EYT regulation.
"SGK personnel, who are experiencing the busiest days in its history due to EYT, contracted staff, 3600 additional indicator arrangement and structuring of premium debts, work day and night, surrender their heavy workload, but do not get paid for their hard work. It is obvious that the return of the personnel rights taken from the SGK personnel, whose number is approximately 30 thousand and who are the implementers of this system, with the Decree Law No. 666, will not have a serious cost," the union said.
“WE WANT RETURN OUR RIGHTS”
Stating that they called out to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Aydoğan called for SGK personnel to be rewarded for their efforts.
"We want our demands, such as social security compensation to be paid to SGK personnel, increased additional payment rates, and the introduction of specialist staff, to be realized as soon as possible. These demands we enumerated are the most natural right of SSI employees, who serve about 100 million people with asylum seeker and stateless status, together with our citizens at home and abroad, and they should be issued as soon as possible. We find the '27 TL overtime fee' given to the SGK personnel as a 'short-time share' to be insufficient. We want rewards for our hard work and hard work," he said.
