With the announcement of the election calendar by the Supreme Election Council (YSK), applications for candidacy for parliamentary candidates continue for the elections to be held on 14 May.

While the applications to Saadet Party for the 28th Term Parliamentary Elections continue, a large number of applications are observed from the youth.

Turkey will go to the polls on May 14, after the president's decision on March 10 to renew the elections.

As of today, there are 51 days left for the elections, and the election calendar announced by the Supreme Election Board (YSK) continues.

Accordingly, while it was stated that the parties will submit their lists of candidates for parliamentary candidates to the YSK on April 9, the application process for the 28th term parliamentary candidacy has now come to an end.

The evaluation process of the lists will begin in the coming days, after serious crowds have been experienced in the party headquarters due to the applications for candidacy.

MANY APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE SAADET PARTY

While the requests received in the provincial presidencies and headquarters regarding the candidacy of the Saadet Party parliamentary candidacy reached thousands in a short time, the candidacy application process will be completed together as of today.

While it is stated that important names in the local area have applied, it is noted that business people from many different sectors, academics and important names from the public bureaucracy have resigned and applied for candidacy.

On the other hand, while no contribution was received from those who wanted to be a candidate in earthquake zones, low contributions were received from disabled citizens.

HIGH DEMAND FROM YOUTH

After the intense process in the Saadet Party, where the applications for candidacy for the parliamentary elections ended, the candidacy applications gathered at the provincial presidencies and the Headquarters will continue with the work of the commission to be held between 27-31 March.

While it has been stated that citizens from many sectors have been included in the lists so far, it was noteworthy that hundreds of young people applied.

Announcing their applications from their social media accounts, the young people went to the provincial presidency of the Saadet Party and applied for candidacy.

Young people from all over Turkey will come to the Saadet Party Headquarters and introduce themselves in front of the commission.

On the other hand, the Saadet Party will submit the list of candidates for parliamentary seats to the YSK on April 8.
